I’m a first-generation immigrant on a mission to wisely invest for a comfortable future.

Prior to becoming a mortgage broker, I worked as a Business Analyst for the big banks and the province of Ontario, delivering on multi-million dollar projects and positively impacted hundreds-of-thousands of lives.

My passion for real estate was sparked in 2014 when I acquired my first rental property in the heart of downtown Toronto. Since then, I have built a successful cash-flowing portfolio that has helped me escape the corporate rat-race. During this time, I have also accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience in real estate investing and financing.

I discovered my love for understanding real estate trends and data, which led me to become an investor-focused mortgage broker. Having faced certain challenges first-hand of scaling my own real estate investments, I get the struggles investors go through when growing their portfolios.

My expertise spans across both smaller and sizeable lending projects, encompassing residential mortgages to substantial CMHC insured financing. I am devoted to crafting personalized solutions for my clients, recognizing that there is no one-size-fits-all mortgage. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new places with my wife, Karishma, having a good laugh at comedy clubs, trying out world cuisines, and spending time with our families.
